Adityarup LahaandGitHub	9d5f97c5ad	Update multi-toolAdvert to respect SYSTEM_ROOTURIPATH. (#3776) ... Closes #3775 Currently, the advert link assumes `SYSTEM_ROOTURIPATH` to be `/`. As described in the issue, this isn't always the case.
