Differentiate unavailable tools by reason ( #4916 )

## Summary
- track endpoint disable reasons server-side and expose them through a
new `/api/v1/config/endpoints-availability` API that the frontend can
consume
- refresh the web UI tool management logic to cache endpoint details,
compute per-tool availability metadata, and show reason-specific
messaging (admin disabled vs missing dependency) when a tool cannot be
launched
- add the missing en-GB translations for the new unavailability labels
so the UI copy reflects the new distinction

Add automatic unlock prompt for encrypted PDFs ( #4912 )

## Summary
- propagate an `isEncrypted` flag from thumbnail generation into
processed file metadata so uploads know when a password is still present
- add queueing logic inside `FileContext` that detects encrypted
uploads, prompts the user via a new modal, and automatically runs the
Remove Password endpoint to replace the file and preserve history
- introduce a dedicated `EncryptedPdfUnlockModal` component that mirrors
existing styling and messaging for unlocking PDFs

# Description of Changes
This pull request introduces the new "Auto Rename PDF" tool to the
frontend, enabling users to automatically rename PDF files based on
their content. The implementation includes UI components, parameter
handling, operation logic, localization, and enhancements to the file

V2 Replace Google Fonts icons with locally bundled Iconify icons ( #4283 )

# Description of Changes
This PR refactors the frontend icon system to remove reliance on
@mui/icons-material and the Google Material Symbols webfont.
🔄 Changes
Introduced a new LocalIcon component powered by Iconify.
Added scripts/generate-icons.js to:
Scan the codebase for used icons.
Extract only required Material Symbols from
@iconify-json/material-symbols.
Generate a minimized JSON bundle and TypeScript types.
Updated .gitignore to exclude generated icon files.
Replaced all <span className="material-symbols-rounded"> and MUI icon
imports with <LocalIcon> usage.
Removed material-symbols CSS import and related font dependency.
Updated tsconfig.json to support JSON imports.
Added prebuild/predev hooks to auto-generate the icons.
✅ Benefits
No more 5MB+ Google webfont download → reduces initial page load size.
Smaller install footprint → no giant @mui/icons-material dependency.
Only ships the icons we actually use, cutting bundle size further.
Type-safe icons via auto-generated MaterialSymbolIcon union type.
Note most MUI not included in this update since they are low priority
due to small SVG sizing (don't grab whole bundle)

# Description of Changes
This pull request introduces dynamic document meta tag management and
improves URL routing and tool metadata handling in the frontend. The
most significant changes are the addition of a custom hook to update
document meta tags (including OpenGraph tags) based on the selected

# Description of Changes
This pull request introduces a new SSRF (Server-Side Request Forgery)
protection mechanism for URL handling in the application. Key changes
include adding a dedicated `SsrfProtectionService`, integrating
SSRF-safe policies into HTML sanitization, and extending application
settings to support configurable URL security options.
### SSRF Protection Implementation:
* **`SsrfProtectionService`**: Added a new service to handle SSRF
protection with configurable levels (`OFF`, `MEDIUM`, `MAX`) and checks
for private networks, localhost, link-local addresses, and cloud
metadata endpoints
(`app/common/src/main/java/stirling/software/common/service/SsrfProtectionService.java`).
### Application Configuration Enhancements:
* **`ApplicationProperties`**: Introduced a new `Html` configuration
class with nested `UrlSecurity` settings, allowing fine-grained control
over URL security, including allowed/blocked domains and internal TLDs
(`app/common/src/main/java/stirling/software/common/model/ApplicationProperties.java`).

* **`CustomHtmlSanitizer`**: Integrated SSRF-safe URL validation into
the HTML sanitizer by using the `SsrfProtectionService`. Added a custom
policy for validating `img` tags' `src` attributes
(`app/common/src/main/java/stirling/software/common/util/CustomHtmlSanitizer.java`).
